How High Deductible Health Plans and Health Savings Accounts can reduce your costs:
If you enroll in an HDHP, you may pay a lower monthly premium but have a higher deductible (meaning you pay for more of your health care items and services before the insurance plan pays).
If you combine your HDHP with an HSA, you can pay that deductible, plus other qualified medical expenses, using money you set aside in your tax-free HSA.
So if you have an HDHP and don’t need many health care items and services, you may benefit from a lower monthly premium. If you need more care, you’ll save by using the tax-free money in your HSA to pay for it.
Your HSA balance rolls over year to year, so you can build up reserves to pay for health care items and services you need later.

HSA Covered expenses:
You can include in medical expenses the amounts you pay for laboratory fees that are part of medical care.
You can include in medical expenses the amount you pay for an annual physical examination and diagnostic tests by a physician. You don’t have to be ill at the time of the examination.
You can include in medical expenses amounts you pay for legal operations that aren’t for cosmetic surgery.

Hear from my patients
I wouldn’t trust my skin and cosmetic needs to anyone other than Laurel. She is always professional and meticulous in everything she does. You won’t be disappointed.
Laurel is thorough, measured, and thoughtful in her patient care. I especially appreciate that she listens and takes time to answer questions and informs me of options or to discuss preventative measures. I’ve come to trust her advice and ability to carefully assess and target only what needs to be done. This is in contrast to my prior experience with dermatologists.

As a female practitioner, Laurel Krupski, PA-C, is passionate about providing affordable dermatology care to all demographics. Insurances are known for the lack of coverage in the field of dermatology, making care unobtainable for some. Utilizing a Direct Pay model allows Laurel to provide cost-effective care regardless of the level of insurance.
Laurel has built a reputation throughout Southern Idaho and Northern Utah for subtle contouring and enhancements to the lower face and lips utilizing cosmetic filler and neurotoxins.
